Hey Guys,
How do I write an if statement that will calculate based on a letter that is in the cell?

Example:
I have a bunch of site ID's where some ID's end with the letter "M" and others do not...I want the excel formula to be able to look at the cell and determine if it has the letter "M" and perform a calculation, if not do another calculation. I'm just looking for the particular piece of the IF statement that checks the evaluation of whether the string of text contains the letter M.

I tried using the FIND function, but that only worked for the site ID's that had the letter M. If the site ID did not have M, I was getting a #value error.

Thanks,
Zeke
