I have a worksheet that contains quote details that needs to be saved and emailed in a .pdf format.

As the quote is going to a customer I want to use a letter head when printing which isn't an issue as I can set the correct top & bottom margins to allow this.

My problem now is how do I output the data onto a template .pdf file? The letter head has a header and footer (company logo) that spans the entire width of the document and I need to replicate this on the .pdf file when emailing.

Thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Easiest way would be to copy the header image onto your Excel sheet otherwise I think you will need to look at using something like Adobe Acrobat Pro to combine the pdf's which would get a whole lot more complicated (and expensive).

I have a paid version of Adobe acrobat so I believe this would be an option.

Utilising Excel won't work due to the standard non changeable margins when printing. I have changed the left and right margins to 0 but there is still a margin on both sides. It's the same for the top and bottom margins as well.

Unfortunately I don't. I have use VBA to control Adobe acrobat pro before but I don't even know if what you are asking is possible to be honest.

Can you take a pdf template and overlay information onto it just using Adobe? If so it may be possible to use the Adobe vba libraries to achieve what you want. I did a quick Google and couldn't find any pointers.
