HELP - Major pivot table help needed

No macros involved. I have 3 (form control) option buttons that will change the data in 3 columns of my pivot table (there's a pivot chart that goes with it). Clicking on an option button will affect the values in the source data and in the pivot table and chart. Or at least it did last week. Now, the option buttons still do their thing in the source data, but the pivot table/chart won't change. I've even deleted the chart/table and connected slicers and recreated them, but still no luck. Does anyone have an idea what I may have done to break this?

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Never mind. I forgot there actually WERE macros involved, connected to the form Option buttons. I had re-saved the file as .xlsx instead of .xlsm. Problem solved.
