Get data from access according to given primary key in excel

I am comparing data from access vs exported data from a system.
Now I have excel data in ColA which is my primery key in access, and i want to extract the details of these pkeys from access and put it in ColB.

Hope anyone can help me, I just learned extracting data from access, but I do know how to do it given the situation above.
