Help to solve a formula problem

I have a problem I an trying to solve and wonder if anyone could help please.:)

I have 3 columns ,what I am trying to do is create a formula that IE every time the same number appeared in column A it would count the number of pallets in column C as in this instance 4275 should be 39.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
What is the purpose of the middle column? Is it relevant? Have a look at the SUMIF function.
