How would I get this to formula to add "CP - " and the month name from the EOMONTH function

My desired end result would read CP - 1: Apr assuming the current month = May

=EOMONTH(NOW(),-1)

=CONCATENATE("CP - 1:",EOMONTH(NOW(),-1), mmm)

is returning #NAME?

Thanks for you help in advance

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
maybe something like..

="cp - 1 : "&TEXT(EOMONTH(NOW(),-1),"mmmm")
