If A1 lower than my minimum rate round up to minimum

I am trying to create a quote sheet and we have minimum rates.
If the amount in A1 is lower than my minimum hourly rate of 15 how can I make A1 round to to 15?

Thank but that will only give me the rounded up figure in the cell I enter the formula. What if I want Al to update?
