    Default Creating Purchase Order and Database

    Hello Experts!

    I am a newbie here and am trying to build a PO file where I can issue PO, I managed to get all that done. I am keen to know if there are anyway in Excel where it works like :

    1) everytime I complete a PO, the item and quantity I ordered can be automatically linked up to another report so that I can know the total quantity I have ordered for each month?

    This would help me to see how much I have spent for the entire year in future.

    Would much appreciate any methods and forumula help!

    Thank you !

    Hi,
    welcome to the Forum.

    Excel can do what you want but rather than re-inventing things, always good idea t search web first to see what others have placed out there.

    here is one suggestion:Macro Enabled Purchase Order Template - {Stott.Asia}

    Its not a recommendation just one of many you can find that may either do what you want or give you ideas to include in your own project.
    You can always post back to the board if need further assistance but do remember to provide link /acknowledgments to any source code provided by others you have used.
