Get address for specific cell using Offset

Hello everyone
I need a formula that enables me to get the address of specific cell ($C$4) ..This is the expected result
In the formula I need to determine the start cell using offset (The start cell is B4)

The purpose is I would drag this formula so as to get the addresses : C4 / E4 / G4 and so on .. In other words to skip a column every time I drag the formula

Something like this:

=ADDRESS(ROW(B4),COLUMN(B4)*2-1)

In B4 enter:

=ADDRESS(4,3+(ROWS($1:1)-1)*2)

and copy down.
