Network User Login Information in Footer

When we log onto our network at work, we enter a user ID. Is there a way for that user ID to print in the footer of a worksheet?

chadders, from AD on Windows server network? In that case, using API helps. Just wanna know what does"user ID" exactly means. "User Name" or "UID" for UNIX?
