Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
in C1
=IFERROR(INDEX($A$1:$A$100,SMALL(IF(B$1:B$100<>"",ROW($A$1:$A$100)),ROW(A1)),1),"")
Array formula, use Ctrl-Shift-Enter
and copy down the column

If you want the column B values in column D then

in D1
=IFERROR(INDEX($B$1:$B$100,SMALL(IF(B$1:B$100<>"",ROW($A$1:$A$100)),ROW(A1)),1),"")
Array formula, use Ctrl-Shift-Enter
and copy down the column

Thanks this works well. Assume though that I had multiple criteria and that I only wanted text in Column A to be listed in Column D if data in both Column B & C were present.

Column AColumn BColumn CColumn D
Blue32BLue
White74White
RedYellow
Black3
Green
Yellow91
