I am quite new to excel and would appreciate if somebody could help me with what i am trying to do as i am having no joy what so ever. What i am trying to achieve is show text from more than one row at the same time. I do not know if vlookup is the the right thing to use.

My table for eg will have 501 in about 6 times and when i put 501 in my vlookup cell I need it to display all the text from my table for every 501 entry. The same is i put 502 or 503 into the vlookup cell. I hope i have explained this so you know what i am trying to achieve.
Thanks in advance for any help received.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
vlookup returns the first value only, which is why its expected to be a sorted list
