Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Do you really need to link Sheet1 and Sheet2. Is a little bit of a temptation to link or automate, but try to reason if there is any advantage for this. In your particular case, why not copy and paste from sheet1 to sheet2 in the relevant cells.
I would use formulas if were for ex. twelve months in twelve sheets, and would like to input in a weekly template data that should be then placed in the right month and the relevant dates. In this case you need to have two cells on top of the weekly table with the start date and the end date of the week.
