Add new item to column on other sheet

Hi, I have a list of deliveries on one sheet where one of the columns tells me what restaurant I delivered from.
I want that, when I enter a new restaurant (that I have never delivered from before), it automatically adds that restaurant to a colum on another sheet.
This sheet is used for per restaurant analysis.

Is there a known function, or do I need macros?

Any help is appreciated.

Not sure I follow, but I think this is what you want...

Lets say you have a list of all of your restaurant deliveries in cell A2 thru A20. some maybe duplicates that you have delivered to multiple times.
And you want to generate a list of UNIQUE restaurant names from that list in column B

then us this array in cell B2 ( confirm the CTRL>SHIFT>ENTER ) and drag down

{=INDEX($A$2:$A$20,MATCH(0,COUNTIF($B$1:B1,$A$2:$A$20),0))}
