Hi guys.
I have little problem here hope to find a solution soon
I have created an invoice in excel and a account for receiving payments from people. All i want is to auto add invoice value in account for every time i creat a new invoice.
5 invoices 5 values in accounts. Automatically. I dont want these values to add manually.

Excel Facts

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
You will need to provide a LOT more ifo that than.

what will the invoice value be?
what cells are involved?
when will it be applied?
how would we know when it needs to ne applied?
etc

Well yes, more info.

I think i would do it with a button.
So that when the button is clicked it adds 1 more to a cell value on each press.
There would be allot to think about regarding the whole project i would think, storing the invoice data to look up later for example.

But i guess you know your own project.
personally i would create an invoice template and on button press save all the values from the template into another sheet with columns of data, 1 line per invoice number.
This way you could retrieve old invoice data with a search.

but code like this in the button would simply add 1 per press

range("a1") = range("a1") + 1

Invoice value will depand on the sale. One cell of invoice having total amount and one column of debit from account.
Whenever the invoice value change it should auto add to the debit column of accounts.
