"Error in loading DLL" when declaring Outlook object

Hi, this is my code; the error occurs here.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
As you are using early binding, you dont need to create the Outlook application as late binding.

Try to use the following line instead of the highlighted line;
