Is there a way to extract certain data in PDF file to excel

Hi

My PDF file has 100 pages, each page is a packing slip that has the following information Order Number, Order Date, Shipping Address, item description...etc. I need to extract just the Order Number and Order Date from each page onto excel. Is there way to do that?

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
