How can I ensure the extraction of data from a webpage has finished before proceeding to the next sub?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I found this code:

Rich (BB code):
Public WithEvents qt As QueryTable
Private Sub qt_AfterRefresh(ByVal Success As Boolean)
    Call The_Sub_To_Run_After_Refresh
End Sub
from here:

but can't get it to work.

For example, this line goes in a standard module, as stated:
Rich (BB code):
Dim X As New Class1

but where does this go?
Rich (BB code):
Sub Initialize_Class()
  Set X.qt = Sheets("Sheet_With_Querytable").QueryTables(1)
End Sub
Thanks
