Hello all,

I'm not sure this can be done, but here it goes.

I have a sheet with the first column being the interval of months training is due. the second column is the name of that training, as well as another column with contacts or locations where the training happens. The rest of the columns are the names at the top, and the actual table itself is filled with dates when the training was completed.

Currently, the form has conditional codes to highlight dates with break the suspense of being due (example, if the date breaks the suspense of 12 months, it highlights red, if it's in a 30 day window, it's yellow, 90 day window is blue).

My goal is to see if I can have an automated email on a 30 day basis that pushes to the people who are showing overdue, 30 day and 90 day windows an email showing what they're due on.

Is this possible? The sheet also resides on a sharepoint online, so I will more than likely need to use gmail to send the email (our internal email requires chip card to function, so cannot use Outlook unless I'm physically pushing the mailer via a button.

Thanks in advance,

Andy
