Extract data from links from web site in excel sheet

Hi Experts..

I have one of the html page (website).. I want data from that page in excel..

example-
so "process" name should come in A2

then, when i expand to this "process" by clicking on + sign, there are name inside that..
example-
-process
check box button "AOQ"
so "AOQ" name should come in at cell B3 and so on..

then, when i clicked on check box button "AOQ", it contains one of the excel file. I want that excel file name in "C4"


like wise i require all the details.. Can any one expert suggest code on this..

Just adding one more note.. if we want names like "+process" then i will get all such names in one columns..
