Hello, I have a database that has 92 rows and 365 columns. The first column is employees names and the other columns start with the date for each working day of the year. The data under the date in each column is alfa numeric work assignments. My question is how to best analyze the data and make it update to a dashboard.?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
best analyze the data

What are you analyzing for? Tell us what you want as an end result. Your question is too vague for any type of solution.
