Just wondering if anyone knows the story behind the &#x2605 user name prefix. All of the threads that I have viewed that use that prefix seem to be homework type questions and I am hesitant to respond to them. The latter part of the name varfies from thread to thread but the &#x2605 is always up front.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
The star symbol is not part of the username, I think that it simply denotes the user is a "New member"

That must be it, because they all seem to show only 1 or 2 posts. Tx Fluff.
