In SQL server, whether Microsoft or Oracle, what would be the implications of fast-incoming positive Integers in a database of 2 opponents (eg. in an election) & possibility of manipulation by introduction of a foreign algorithm (from a hacker or key IT staff) (eg. to keep constant variance of, say, 8% between them
