 I'm pretty new to Access, but understand it well enough to get around in it. I am trying to fiqure out how to insert a Word document inside the database, due to the database needs to be moved from computer to computer and still function. The problem I have is that if I link a file then If I change computers then the file is not there. Is there a way to put it inside the database so that if you hit a button it will open the document from a form.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
You can save a word document in a table as an OLE Object data type. Not sure what it will do to your file size though :)

Why do you need a word document inside the database?
Please explain what you're doing - there may be another way to do this that doesn't require any Word documents.
