Getting error code (-7711) not sure why...

This error is happening when I link Salesforce to Access, I had it working and now I keep getting this error -7711 which I looked it up and it is saying there is a data issue? Anyone have experience with this?

It means something did not get created.
What data are you accessing? Access, other external data (what format)?

does this error happen in code? if so, where?
