Hello,

I created a macro in Access to run a query with a date parameter and a field that concatenates the city, state and zip fields. When the query runs and completes, I can see the concatenated field as I should and the city, state and zip are unchecked in the query to be invisible, but during the export process, the concatenate field is not visible but the city, state, and zip fields are.

Can someone advise please?

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
city, state and zip need not be in the query as unique fields. (let alone unchecked)
instead they all should be in 1 field as:

Addr: city & "," & state & "," & zip
