Name Mismatch

Hi all just a quick question as my google not pulling up the right answers and dont fancy making half my database again.

I'm having a naming issue on my database where when I've renamed a table its kept its original name as an alt name! how do you change this I cant see any options for it at all.

it looks like a linked table

you can't change the original name -- you can only change the local name
