I’ve noticed that when some users are entering information into a form that the corresponding table cannot be opened until the other user has saved or exited the form. Is there a way around this? What causes this?

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

Here is a link to what the form shows after someone starts to edit the entry. Only the entry being entered shows #deleted . All others show as normal. All users have there own copy of the front end and the form is set to row level locking.

This is in the Microsoft Access forum, not the Excel Questions one.

I notice for that option it says:
A page of records is locked as soon as any user starts editing any field in the record and stays locked until the user moves to another record.

Does your form have one record per page, or multiple records per page?
