Dear All,
I'm trying to export a huge database from MS Access XP to a tab delimited text file. I've sorted a particular field in the Access database in an ascending order. I would like the tab delimited text file to have the same order. However, during the export process, Access re-sorts all the fields according to a different order.
How do I prevent Access from re-sorting the fields during the export process?
Alternatively, I can copy & paste small amounts of data from the Access database to the text file if I have no choice. However, this would take the whole day. I'd prefer a more 'elegant' method
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks a lot
