I have the following query, but it keeps asking for a parameter value - why?

SELECT Screenings.SUBSR_NO, Screenings.DEPND_FIRST_NAME, Screenings.DEPND_LAST_NAME, Screenings.BIRTH_DATE, Screenings.[FASTING TEST], Screenings.[MEMBER FAST], Screenings.[FLU SHOT], Screenings.[PNEUMONIA SHOT], [Calc_Fast] AS Expr1
FROM Screenings
WHERE ((([Calc_Fast])=IIf([FASTING TEST]=Yes And [MEMBER FAST]=Yes,49))) OR ((([Calc_Fast])=IIf([FASTING TEST]=Yes And [MEMBER FAST]=No,46,"")));

Thanks in advance for your help and time, it's greatly appreciated!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
What parameter does it ask for?

Is it [Calc_Fast]?
