Query criteria = Does Not Contain ?

I've looked here and in a couple books and not found the answer to this...

All I'm trying to do is apply something similar to Excel's "Does Not Contain" filter as a criteria in a query. For example, I want to return all records where the given field does not contain: Comp

How would I enter that?

Not Like "*Comp*"
