I have a form with a check box on it. When its unchecked i would like for example textbox1 to be shown. But when its checked i would like textbox2 to be shown and textbox1 to be hidden.

How would I do that?

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

In the properties for the checkbox, use the 'On Click' action property. Click on the bottom option to create code. Use If ... then statements
Code:
if me.checkbox = true then

        me.textbox1.visible = true
        me.textbox2.visible=false
else
        me.textbox1.visible = false
        me.textbox2.visible=true
end if

you can save a couple lines of code by doing this in the click event:
Code:
        me.textbox1.visible = me.checkbox
        me.textbox2.visible= not me.checkbox
