iif statement in access

I have table with three columns that contain a data type Yes/No. The columns are all populated.

I've created a new column and want the forth column to read "yes" if any of the other three columns have "Yes" (-1) . What is the best way to do this? I've tried to iif statement only ran into errors.

iif([column heading]=-1,"yes",iif[column heading2]=-1,"Yes",iif[column heading 3]=-1,"yes", "no")

I think it might be a bracketing or "(" problem.
