Good morning. I have some reports with charts in them that I need to place empty action item, owners and due date labels or boxes on that can be printed out. I have tried labels but they disappear when there is no data. I tried rectangles also and text boxes but neither will work. How do I place four rows with three columns on my report that are empty except for the column headers and have them print out? Thanks

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Create the cells in a worksheet, applying the format and content you wish. Select all these cells. From the ribbon, select Home>Copy>Copy as Picture. Then select the chart and paste. The picture of the pasted cells can be resized and formatted the same as any other picture in Excel.
