I have several reports that I need to combine into one print out. I would like for them to merge into one big report so I can send them out in an email or print out as one file instead of printing each one seperately. Is there a way to combine these reports without making them into subreports? Thanks

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Click macro under objects to choose multiple reports you want printed at once. I think you need the Adobe add-in to combine the reports as a PDF.

Thanks, yea I need the add in. I was hoping there was a way around that so I could combine a selection of reports into one print out or pdf document.

Oh, I only meant to pdf. If I can print them all out at one time any other way that would be great. I am not following you on how to do that though. I thought the only way to print mulitple reports out was by utilizing pdf?

Well I currently have just Access 2003 on my pc, but I recall 2007 being similar. Under the objects list (Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports, Pages, Macros, Modules) choose Macros, then OpenReport from the drop down list. The default view should be Print (at least it is in 2003) otherwise select it.
