Is there a 3rd party freeware can modfiy MDB file with similar graphic solution as Acess ?

Hi,
Access runtime is free :) You can modify data in an mdb file with ADO as well (not necessarily graphical, but you can write your own forms application).

You can also use Excel to modify an MDB file but that requires coding to retrieve and update records.
Note that if you use the Access runtime it's fine for viewing / manipulating data, but you don't get to design new forms, queries, charts etc. For that you need the full version.
