I have I column contain values ,I want to write function to delete the Duplicate values what is a function we use to do thid

You don't need to build anything to do that, Excel already has that capability.
On the Data menu, there is a "Remove Duplicates" feature that will do this for you.

To what end?
How/why does it need to work differently than the built-in functionality?
Also, what is the structure of your data (how many columns are being included in the duplicate determination)?
Are you looking for a VBA or non-VBA solution?

I have one column contain many values
without VBA

To do it strictly by formula is possible, but the formulas are very complex. I have never attempted them, as I have always used one of the three options:
- Built-in "Remove Duplicates" functionality
- Advanced Filters
- Microsoft Access
