Creating a Measure with multiple filters

I am trying to create a measure with 2 different filters from the same table.

Table = Current
Column1 = Product Type
Column2 = Defects

I want to create a new measure where it looks in the Current Table, 1st filter is Defects = Yes and Second filter is Product Type = New

This is what I have: When I use a card visual I get "Can't display the visual" Error

Total New = CALCULATE(sum('Current'[Product Type]),FILTER('Current','Current'[Defects] = "Yes" && 'Current'[Product Type] = "New"))

Any suggestions

How can you sum the product type column when it has tact items like 'New' in it?

Sorry should be a Count. I pasted the wrong one. sum should be count.

Count only like numbers. Try COUNTA.
