Is there a way to apply conditional formatting based on another value, as opposed to typing in a certain value (that will change based on selections)?

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Sorry. My answer does not relate to Power BI
