Compare new imports to table

Good morning, group.

I have hit a roadblock on a solution I am trying to come up with using PowerQuery. Every month I have a new csv file that contains the list of company id's that I will use to track if they are new, existing or removed customers. The new csv will ONLY contain those company's still with us, but I want to somehow show those that have been removed in the new import as well.

What I would like to to is to compare the new csv file (March) that will be imported against the original import (January), bring in all the records on the new csv file but also add a record from the original that shows it was in there but removed.

Sorry if this sounds a bit confusing, but if you would like me to add more detail or clarify something please let me know.

Thank you in advance.
