I've created a query on sheet "2018" that pulls from 4 docs in a "2018" folder on my server. I then created a "2019" sheet by copy/move and created a "2019" folder on my server and tried to change the query source of the data in the 2019 sheet but it changed the source of the 2018 query as well. Is there a way to change the source for the 2019 sheet but not for the 2018 sheet?

thanks,

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
At the moment in your workbook you have one query linked to 2 tables, one table is residing on 2018 sheet and one table is residing on 2019 tab. You need to create a second query where you will update the data source and then have the query paste the data on the 2019 sheet after having deleted the table that now is on the 2019 tab

Did you try "Advanced editor" and manually change the address,
or the little wheel in the powerquery first step (source), and changed the address for the new excel file that should work on 2019 folder?
