Hi

I'm trying to figure out a way I can actualise some data so this is the only place to come.

1) I have forecast Sales, Forecast volume and Net Invoice value (NIV) in one table. The data is granular in that it shows the sales ID an product code.
2) In another table, I am pulling through the actual volume- by sales ID by prduct.

e.g. For Sales ID ABC123, product XYZ is Forecast = 100 units x £10 (NIV) =£1,000
Actual volume = 80 units

So I want to be able to add a formula in to calculate: 80 units x £10 (NIV)= £800

The data will actualise on a weekly basis.

My theory is that if I return the NIV from the forecast , then in another formula multiply it by the EPOS this will give me my actual Sales value.

Formula for point 1:
=Calculate(SUM(PromoActuals[Fc NIVCase]))

Formulas for Point 2:
=Calculate(sum(PromoDatabase[EPOS Qty Cases]))
=[EPOS Quantity Cases]*[NIV per Case Forecast]

But it doesn't seem to work! Any help/advice is appreciated
