How to import data from muliple IP's from web page

Hi All,
I have two worksheets.
1) IP List : Contains the list of IP's for which I need to import data.
2) Combined data : Where I need to import all the IP data from Site : https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/193.134.216.101
For single IP I am able to import the data, but I am not able to understand, How to import data if I have list of thousands of IPs.

Could you please assist. Partially work I have done in below given link.
