Default Ran out of memory while merging queries (inner join)?

As you can see in this screenshot (https://imgur.com/unBLKFd) which I took minutes before it crashed, memory usage for excel wouldn't pass 500mb (I have 16 GB). This are my Query Options (https://imgur.com/JVvMycs) and I stablished 8 GB as maximum allowed in 'Data Cache Management Options'. What can I do? My query has around 7 million rows and the second one just 500 rows. Is there a better approach to this?
