I am trying to load access data into excel but I am getting an error message that says: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open... Does anyone know what I need to do in order to be able to load the data to the data model.

Here is the message:

The following error occurred while opening the file '\\?\C:\Users\pmcnulty\AppData\Local\Temp\{B0D325C1-9DD8-4B66-B57E-287437B253EB}\VertiPaq_E11EB854CE5946CBA32\5BF51AEEFD4649EF939A.12.db\Model.20.cub.xml': The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open. .

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
