Hi

I have table with columns Month (1 to 12) & Sales

in Pivot table Month on rows and Sales on values.

question : if i select month in slicer (say 3) data should show till month 3

like
Month Sales
1 150
2 750
3 600

I can do this by selecting 3 (1 to 3) months in slicer but i need the result by selecting one month in the slicer and show the 3 months data (as shown above) is it possible ?.

i tried Total Sales:=calculate(sum(Table1[Sales]),filter(all(Table1),Table1[Month]<=max(Table1[Month])))
but it gives YTD value not monthwise sales till the month selectied in slicer.

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Are you looking to show the last three months of data? Do you have a calendar table? Could you post a sample of your data?

thx
