Create calculated field for pivot table, subtracting 2 following Qtrs

This is the SQL data I imported into power pivot:

ProfitCenter_Name	Account_Group	Project_Group	Fiscal_Year	Q_FY	Edition	Edition_Type	Revenue
A	AA	AAA	2018	Q4/18	Actual	Internal	5
A	BB	BBB	2019	Q1/19	Actual	Internal	9
B	CC	CCC	2018	Q3/19	Other	External	10
A	AA	AAA	2019	Q1/19	Actual	Internal	8
A	AA	AAA	2019	Q2/19	Actual	Internal	4
A	BB	BBB	2019	Q2/19	Actual	Internal	3

I want to be able to add columns to a pivot table that will show what is the difference between one Qtr to the next one (i.e. next qtr-previous qtr), while applying this calculation on identical items (i.e. ProfitCenter_Name & Account_Group & Project_Group), having filters applied (such as: Edition, Edition_Type).

Example:
My desired pivot table will show the following:

			2018	2019	2019	2019	2019
ProfitCenter_Name	Account_Group	Project_Group	Q4	Q1	Q2	Q3	Q4
A	AA	AAA	3	-4
A	BB	BBB		-6
...

by using the above relevant data, as shown below:
