Calculate percentage absenteeism in power bi

Hello,
I have a list of employees by division, pay period, hours off and hours worked and I need to find a formula that calculates percentage absenteeism per month.
Can anyone help?

I can see the file now. How would you calculate the % of absenteeism? Time Off (PAR_HOURS) / Hours Paid (Leave Hours) ?

Yes, based on the data available, the calculation I need is:

Monthly Absenteeism Rate= Total Time Off(PAR-Hours)/Total Paid(Leave Hours)
