Hai,

Can i know that how many number of rules maximum in power query? I have some rules in power query as below, the problem the query not functioning if i add few more query to this.

actually this all my account code (general ledger), for reporting purposes, any to grouping the account code as per requirement. Example account code 10100 to 10500 should group under Fixed Asset. i also have situation that if that account negative figure should under different group and positive different group.

If you are trying to build a P&L, you should use a different approach. You need a chart of accounts that has all the account codes in a column, then extra columns for the roll ups. You also ideally would have a header table to help with the sign of the value (negative or positive). Take a look at this video showing how it is done using Power Pivot.
