I have a graph that I need to recreate from a vendor. Only I don't know how they created the arrow that grows with the size of the value. Take a look at the linked image, any ideas?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Difficult to tell from an image, but one possibility is that they used shapes, in conjunction with VBA.

It could have been made with something like Tableau, but you can create a bar chart in Excel and then just copy and paste an arrow shape onto the chart series to achieve something similar.
